HRDC Claim Submission Without the Paperwork
The short answer
After an approved training is completed, the HRD Corp (formerly HRDF, also called HRDC) claim is submitted in e-TRiS within six months, with the supporting documents HRD Corp asks for, such as the training provider's invoice and receipt. We compile, check and submit all of it for you.

6months
HRD Corp's deadline to submit your claim
Counted from the day the training ends, and late claims can be rejected. We prepare your claim straight after the course, so it goes in well before then.
The paperwork
Documents HRD Corp asks for
We send this checklist to you and your training provider, then check every document against the approved grant.
The training provider's invoice and official receipt, or the invoice with a payment voucher
Itinerary for airfare, and receipts or invoices for transport, if those costs are claimed
A system-generated attendance report, for remote online training
A 60-second video recording of the session, for remote online training
Any other document HRD Corp asks for to verify the claim
Based on HRD Corp's Claimable Courses page and Employers' Circular No. 3/2020. HRD Corp can ask for other documents, so we confirm the list for every claim.

Where claims get stuck
- Supporting documents, such as receipts or the attendance report for online training, are missing or incomplete.
- The claim details do not match the approved grant.
- The invoice is addressed or worded incorrectly.
- The claim is not submitted within six months of the training ending, which is HRD Corp's deadline.
What we handle
- A document checklist sent to you and your training provider
- Checking every document against the approved grant
- Submitting the claim in e-TRiS
- Replying to queries
- Following up until the claim is settled
FAQ
Claim Submission: common questions
Can you submit a claim for a grant we applied for ourselves?
Yes. Send us the approved grant details and we will take it from there.
Our training is done but we never applied for a grant. Can we still claim?
Usually not, because the grant has to be approved before training starts. Message us with the details and we will tell you honestly whether anything can be done.
How long does a claim take?
It depends on HRD Corp's processing and whether queries are raised. We submit complete claims to keep the back and forth to a minimum.
