Who we are

HRD Corp Claim is a service by MyBiz Consult Service, based in Subang Jaya, Malaysia. We are an independent consultancy and not part of HRD Corp (formerly HRDF, also called HRDC). This policy explains how we handle personal data in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

What we collect

• Details you type into our forms, such as your name, company name, phone number, headcount band, training needs and message. Our forms do not send this to a server. They open WhatsApp with your answers in a message, and you choose whether to send it.
• Messages you send us on WhatsApp or by email, and anything you share in them.
• Analytics data, when enabled. If analytics are switched on for this site, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel use cookies to record anonymous usage, such as pages visited, device type and which buttons were clicked.

Nothing is stored on this website

This website has no database. Form answers go straight from your browser into WhatsApp. We only receive them if you press send.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a training proposal or quote.
• To deliver the services you engage us for, such as grant applications, claims and trainer sourcing.
• To understand which pages are useful and improve the website (analytics, when enabled).

Who we share it with

• WhatsApp (Meta), which carries the messages you send us.
• Training providers and accredited trainers we arrange for you, only the details they need to quote and deliver the training.
• HRD Corp, through your own e-TRiS account, when we submit a grant application or claim on your behalf.
• Google and Meta, for analytics and advertising measurement, only when those tools are enabled.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email limzehao04@gmail.com and we will respond within 21 days. You can also block or clear cookies in your browser at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages only as long as we need them to answer you and deliver the service, and records of paid work as long as the law requires.

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date above.
